Wasp by ttvortex Wasp by ttvortex
Hi!
I've started and forgot this one about 6 months ago. Last week I found it hiding among my other unfinished concepts and decided to finish.

Wasp is a light ground attack and mining vehicle. It has 2 cannons at front and 30 rocket mines under the tail section. Once the mines are dropped they dig themselves under the ground and hide. Perfect support for the troops.

I may have done much more for this but I think it gives the idea.

I hope you'll like it.

Love it. Especially the third picture in the series. Looks almost real, like a DARPA prototype

Thanks! I don't like to leave the safe zone of real, I just dial few notches to the sci-fi side. That's how I like it.

Tolga, it's a very difficult thing to take the concept and make it into something tangible, but it is not impossible! We just started injecting some hardhats the other day, and believe me, from the initial concept and sketches, almost nothing remained.. but I found your stuff awesome, and I think we'll find a way to make things work... I hope we can stay in touch for a long time, I really appreciate your work! Best regards from Italy!

Yeah, I've learned that from the hard way.
I've ordered couple of silicone injection characters to China few years ago, it was not satisfying.
Maybe Italy would change the luck some day? =)

It really looks good. Not only the design but you have done great job with handling the out come with the 3D program (what do you use btw?) but propaply the best are the texture which are great and they make the stuff look real.. like you could almost touch it. I'm seriouslty jealous from your talent. :'D
Well at least you have got one watcher and fun now.

Thanks man, I really appreciate your comment. I'm using Rhino for modelling and Vray for rendering.
That realistic lightning and material effects comes with Vray, with few touches you can do anything you want! =)

Yeah, that's the same engine that I used for Moray X and will use for my new project, Tribole X. This one is the alien vehicle which humans captured and took its engines to boost up their own planes.

Name the adress, we deliver fast! =)
Thanks my friend, this is the one that humans capture and use its parts for Moray to build Moray X. I'm planning to make another one for the human alliance. I'm gonna convert my Tribole airplane into a resistance warrior.
